What is your “product substitution” policy? |
We bake our products fresh and although we try to have a full supply of every delicious product we offer, we some times run out of a specific brownie, cookie or cake. If we are out of a particular flavor of brownie or cookie, we will substitute an equivalent variety. For example, if you ordered a “no nuts” selection, we will be careful to substitute a “no nuts” variety. If we are out of a specific cake, we will contact you to ask your preference and/or let you know when the cakes will be baked, packaged and ready to ship. |

| What is Your Guarantee? |
| Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If your package has been damaged in shipping or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible. | What is the shelf life of the Brownies, Cookies & Cakes? |
| Because we do not add preservatives to any of our products, their shelf life is approximately three weeks at room temperature, four weeks in the refrigerator and four months in the freezer (packed in special freezer bags). |

| Is my privacy protected? |
| Protecting your privacy is a top priority at The Exceptional Brownie. The information you provide us with is used only to process your order, respond to your inquiries or contact you to announce a special customer promotion. |

| Is your Site Secure? |
| Our website uses secure servers with encryption technology. In addition to our Secure Certificate, we employ McAfee Secure (see our home page) as an additional safeguard. |
