| Can I specify a shipment to arrive for the holidays, a birthday, etc.? |
| Yes, please place your order and call us or send a note to CustomerService@exceptionalbrownie.com and let us know when we should ship. |

| What is the Kashruth certification? |
| Our original Exceptional Brownies in eight flavors are KofK Dairy; we also have Double Chocolate Brownies that are also certified OK Parve. All other products we bake, such as the Honey Cake, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cake, Applesauce Crunch Cake and Hamentashen are OK Pareve, Pas Yisrael. |

| Can I customize an order? |
| Yes, feel free to include whatever flavors you would like, simply call one of our Customer Care Specialists at 212.439.0766 |

| When will my order be shipped? |
Usually, within 24 hours depending upon the availability of fresh baked goods. If the product you selected is not available that day, your order will definitely be shipped the following day. We do not ship on Friday as UPS does not ship over the weekend and your product would only remain in their warehouse for the weekend. If you place your order Thursday afternoon or Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
Also, please be very careful typing the delivery address. Be sure to include any apartment number, suite number or office number where applicable. Packages being shipped to a hotel will be shipped to your name, with the instructions to hold for your arrival. If you have a contact name at the hotel, please inform us. Additionally, please be sure that the address is complete. An incomplete or incorrect address will result in delaying the package's arrival and possible additional charges imposed by the shipping company.
Delivery to PO Boxes is not available. |

| How will my order be shipped? |
| On your order, you have a choice of UPS Ground, Three-Day, Two-Day or Overnight. Note that Free Shipping applies to UPS Ground to one address, excluding Hawaii & Alaska. |

| What is your shipping policy? |
| We cannot be held responsible or liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses, delays in receiving the package due to inclement weather, mechanical breakdown or packages left unattended. We provide you with the tracking information so you can track your order. We do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives on time and in good condition. If a problem should occur, we will work to resolve it immediately. |
